We understand that sometimes it is not possible for you to pick up your new computer so we will deliver your new system to your front door, at no extra charge.

Including free delivery, we will also install your new investment, so you are able to use your new computer as soon as possible, with the least amount of down time, with the most amount of work time.

We also understand that when your computers are down, your business is down. The objective of our On-site service is to get both your computer and you back on your feet as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide same day or next business day service in Metro Toronto and Greater Toronto Areas. If it means staying open late, then we will. For we all know that it rarely happens before 5 pm.

We understand as well, that when problems do occur that they usually happen after 5 pm, so we will stay open for you to bring it to us. Or give us a call and we will come pick it up at a minimal charge.

In- house Rates for non-warranty service
• Diagnosis: $95.00
• Priority diagnosis: $175.00
• Additional labor: $95 per hour
• Priority labor: $175 per hour
Onsite Rates
• Service Call Booking Charge: $20 ( if emergency no charge, or contract client. )
• Rate: $120 per hour (45 min. minimum)
• Emergency rate: (Same day service): $235 per hour
• For customers with AppleCare on their Apple desktop machine, the onsite visit may be free. Ask the Service Writer for more details.
